Our work developed earlier investigations by the proponent refocusing the master plan on a new activity precinct which be enlivened by a public recreation zone along Tucki Tucki Creek.  This new green spine includes the regeneration of a vital ecological corridor extending the existing Birdwing Butterfly Gully and Platypus Park Walk. The plan provides for a mix of new residential, commercial and industrial developments creating 350 new residential lots across a variety of housing types around 6000 square metres of land for affordable housing as well as 100 commercial and industrial lots.

The DCP and Structure Plan are currently being refined by Council.
